It all started when three minds converged on an idea to offer medium size bakery solutions to the East Africa Baker back in the year 2015. In less than three years we had established over 80 bakeries in over 30 counties across Kenya.

Setting Industry Standards

In less than three years we have established over 80 bakeries in Nairobi, Mombasa, Machakos, Taveta, West Pokot, Siaya, Kericho, Uasin Gishu, Kiambu, Nyeri, Laikipia, Meru, Nakuru, Kisii, Homabay, Kisumu, Kilifi, Nandi, Nyandarua Counties. We’ve also successfully done installations in Mwanza, Tanzania and we look forward to do more installations across the region.

Our Story

Bake Wave Ltd was established by indigenous Kenyans with experience in end to end solutions in Food Processing and the Baking Industry. Read more about services.

On the Baking line we have partnered with one of the leading companies in Turkey, Porlanmaz and Maestro Ovens, being the sole distributor in East & Central Africa.

In less than three years we have established over 80 bakeries in Nairobi, Mombasa, Machakos, Taveta, West Pokot, Siaya, Kericho, Uasin Gishu, Kiambu, Nyeri, Laikipia, Meru, Nakuru, Kisii, Homabay, Kisumu, Kilifi, Nandi, Nyandarua Counties. We’ve also successfully done installations in Mwanza, Tanzania and we look forward to do more installations across the region.

We are in the process of rolling out a strategy for empowering schools and institutions to open up affordable, functional bakeries that will produce bread and confectionery for own consumption and selling within their environs, therefore improving their bottom line.

As for the seasoned bakers we will soon be launching our complete automatic line of Volumetric Dough Divider, Conical Rounder, Dough Moulder and Intermediate Proofer which will enhance efficiency, improve production and reduce the cost of labour. The demonstration set will be in place before the end of the second quarter of the year.
