It all started when three minds converged on an idea to offer medium size bakery solutions to the East Africa Baker.
This culminated with a visit to IBA in Munich in 2015, where I met the CEO of Porlanmaz, Turkey, the General Manager and the Commercial Director, the idea became a reality.
Within that short period, we have equipped more than 15 bakeries across Kenya.
Out target for 2017 is 30 bakeries, at least 20 new establishments and 10 who are upgrading.
We are also installing a lab with a fully automated dough processing system for conducting demonstrations to prospective clients.
